Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines that govern your use of Zetta's platform and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zetta's AI-powered real estate CRM platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Zetta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Zetta", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
1. Definitions
- • "Account" means your registered account to access the Services.
- • "Customer Data" means all data, including lead information, call recordings, and communications, that you upload or process through the Services.
- • "Users" means individuals authorized by you to access the Services under your Account.
- • "Subscription" means the plan you've selected that determines pricing, features, and usage limits.
2. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- • Provide accurate and complete registration information
- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
3. Subscription and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
Our Services are offered under various subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our pricing page and in your order form.
3.2 Payment Terms
- • Fees are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
- • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
- • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice before your next renewal
- • Applicable taxes will be added to fees where required
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Violate any laws, including data protection and telemarketing regulations
- • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services
- • Use the AI features for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
5. Customer Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to your Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload to the Services.
5.2 License to Process
You grant us a limited license to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services, including AI-powered features like call intelligence and lead scoring.
5.3 Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, store, and process the Customer Data you upload, including obtaining necessary consents from leads and customers.
6. Service Levels and Support
Uptime Commitment
We target 99.9% uptime for our core platform services. Detailed SLA terms are available in your enterprise agreement.
Support is provided based on your subscription tier. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with guaranteed response times. All customers have access to our knowledge base and community forums.
7. Intellectual Property
Zetta and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including:
- • The Zetta platform, software, and technology
- • AI models and algorithms
- • Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
- • Documentation and training materials
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the course of using the Services. This includes business information, technical data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of 3 years.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • Zetta's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for business decisions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your Customer Data.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- • With 30 days' written notice at the end of a subscription period
- • Immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 15 days of notice
Upon termination, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your Customer Data. After 30 days, we may delete your data.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- 1. Good Faith Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably
- 2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation
- 3. Arbitration: Final resolution through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. General Provisions
- • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
- • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect
- • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
