Any unique contact entered into Zetta—from any source. Duplicates don't count twice. Whether a lead comes from your website, a property portal, or manual entry, we only count unique contacts once.
Time spent by our AI Voice Agent on autonomous calls. This excludes calls made by human reps using Zetta's dialer—those don't count against your AI minutes. AI Voice Agent minutes are specifically for fully automated conversations.
Yes. Upgrade anytime and pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We make it easy to scale up or down as your needs change—no penalties, no hassle.
Growth plan is self-serve with no setup fee. Professional includes implementation assistance as part of the plan. Enterprise includes white-glove implementation—the scope is custom based on your needs but there are no surprise fees.
